Abstract
The article highlights the results of the analysis of modern concepts of future teachers training of higher pedagogical institutions in the conditions of society digital transformation. From the large range of regulatory documents, agreed at the European level, the work of native and foreign scientists, contextually conditioned concepts were singled out, in particular, open education, which is aimed at creating a more democratic and competitive education system and improving the access of wider segments of the population to educational services; integration of educational programs into everyday activities as part of lifelong learning; ability for the development of a culture of learning, creation, exchange of experience and cooperation in a rapidly changing knowledge society. The need to implement the framework concept of open science, which is based on key principles: open scientific knowledge, open scientific infrastructure, scientific communication, open participation of social subjects and open dialogue with other knowledge systems, has been actualized. Attention is focused on the role of digital transformation at all stages of the learning process, which requires the future teacher of professional education and training to obtain digital competence at a high level, since in his or her future professional activity he or she will have to use digital tools widely in order to organize teamwork both in the educational process and in scientific and research work. The author singles out the role and place of the concept of freedom in the becoming of an Industry 5.0 worker, the formation of which should be carried out by a highly qualified 5.0 teacher-educator, capable of teaching how to motivate and apply human intelligence and thinking in the collaboration of robots and people in a digital society. It emphasizes the importance of implementing the concept of academic freedom in the conditions of institutional autonomy of higher education institutions, as a component of quality education and research, and at the same time as conditions for the production and transfer of knowledge.
