Abstract
In the scientific article, studying the current state of training of scientific and pedagogical workers, we identified a problem that arose as a result of the government's resolution of the "concept for the development of the digital economy and Society of Ukraine". The problem is that the existing model of step-by-step systematic training of future research and teaching staff of higher educational institutions for scientific activities in the conditions of the Digital Economy Development Course chosen by the government of Ukraine does not correspond. Digital reality determines the determination of pedagogical priorities in the transformation of essential positions of pedagogical science, the revision of forms, methods, means and technologies of teaching, upbringing and development of an educational applicant. All this leads to a change in the conditions of professional scientific activity of scientific and pedagogical workers. The scientific environment becomes a virtual digital educational and scientific environment. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the model of systematic training of future research and teaching staff of higher educational institutions for scientific activities in the "digital educational environment". To solve the problem, modern current research and publications on the subject of the problem are analyzed. It is established that there is currently no model for preparing future research and teaching staff of higher educational institutions for scientific activities in the digital economy. Taking into account these circumstances, the scientific article offers a justification for the model of systematic training of future research and teaching staff of higher educational institutions for scientific activities in the "digital educational environment". A model of multi-level training of scientific and pedagogical workers in the context of digital training is presented, the essence, content and interrelation of its structural components are revealed.
