Abstract
The scientific and analytical report summarizes the results of a monitoring study on the problem of practical training of future teachers in higher pedagogical education institutions of Ukraine. The peculiarities of legislative and regulatory support of the practical training of future teachers in Ukraine are revealed; the current state of organization of practices in higher pedagogical education institutions of Ukraine is analyzed according to the survey results. Modern approaches to practice taking into account psychological and pedagogical training at bachelor's, master's, and doctoral educational levels in higher pedagogical education institutions are characterized; quantitative and qualitative changes in the practical training of teachers in 2016-2022 are indicated; attention is drawn to the shortcomings of its organization in modern conditions. Some aspects of the foreign experience of practical training of future teachers and lecturers are presented. The tendencies of practical training of future teachers and modern challenges of its organization in the distance and blended learning are identified, and recommendations for improving the organizational framework for conducting the practice in higher pedagogical education institutions at the legislative, regulatory, managerial, and organizational levels are proposed. It is designed for teachers of institutions of professional pre-higher and higher pedagogical education, heads of pedagogical, industrial, and other types of practices, students, undergraduates, postgraduates, teachers of institutions of general secondary education, and anyone who is interested in improving the quality of practical training of future teachers.
