Abstract

The paper presents The paper presents the content of the special course "Using the services of scientific electronic libraries for evaluating the effectiveness of scientific and pedagogical research", which was developed on the example of the Electronic Library of the NAES in order to implement the technology of using scientific electronic libraries for evaluating the effectiveness of scientific and pedagogical research. The special course contains: content training modules, instructional and methodical materials, web resources, monographs, manuals, scientific articles, online lectures, presentations, etc. The special course consists of 2 thematic modules belonging to the invariant component. These modules are intended for training and advanced training of specialists in the field of education and science. The developed Special Course is addressed to scientific and scientific-pedagogical workers, post-graduate students and doctoral students. Its content is defined in the sequence of a gradual, logical and complete exposition of the material. The special course is designed for conducting a general educational module: in the system of improving the qualifications of scientific and scientific-pedagogical workers, in teaching disciplines in the field of ICT application in education for master's students of pedagogical specialties. It is possible to train students using technology remotely on the basis of software platforms to support e-learning: Google Classroom, Zoom, Google Meet, Moodle, Prometheus, etc. both face-to-face on the basis of the Institute of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine or other scientific institutions of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, as well as in a distance or mixed form of education through the development of a mass online course.
