Abstract

The paper presents the content of the special course "Using the Publish or Perish program for evaluating the effectiveness of scientific and pedagogical activities, which was developed in order to implement the technology of using the Publish or Perish system for evaluating the effectiveness of scientific and pedagogical research. The special course can be used for scientific and scientific-pedagogical workers, graduate students and doctoral students, master's students of pedagogical specialties in the system of postgraduate pedagogical and higher education, in teaching disciplines in the field of ICT application in education. Its content is defined in the sequence of gradual, high-quality and complete exposition of the material.
