Abstract

In a scientific article describes the procedure for preparing and carrying out full-scale scientific and pedagogical experiment on an international assessment of scientific and pedagogical personnel. The experiment consisted of an analytical component and a natural experiment. A positive net effect of the development of methodological competence graduate student. The experiment results confirmed the validity and relevance of the selected location, route and mode of evolution in the direction of the Institute Graduate K-paradigm.
