Abstract

Open Science is a modern European approach to the organization of the scientific process and involves providing free access to the results of research and publications, popularization of scientific knowledge, cooperation, exchange of knowledge and experience through the use of digital technologies. The electronic library of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine has been providing such opportunities since 2011. This is a single information space of scientific institutions and educational institutions of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, an "access point" to educational, scientific, methodical resources of various formats (text resources; audio and video recordings, presentations, etc.), created by scientists of the Academy (http://lib.iitta.gov.ua). We present the publications of the Department of Education of Children with Hearing Impairments - a scientific unit of the Institute of Special Pedagogy and Psychology named after Mykola Yarmachenko of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, which conducts fundamental and applied research on the development and education of children with hearing impairments, and in cooperation with partners determines strategies for improving the education of children with hearing impairments in the context of European integration and national educational reforms.
