Abstract

The materials are devoted to the use of a single open source platform in the military education system. The urgency of solving the problems of using free software for e-learning is proved. The focus is on training competent staff to support the use of free software, on the development of relevant competencies of teachers and students, as a sufficient level of their digital competence is a prerequisite and one of the main criteria for the ability to use free software in education.
