Abstract
Investigating the issue of introducing innovative technologies, in particular augmented reality (AR), into the education system of Ukraine, we came to the conclusion that this is a long-term process that is influenced not only by AR technologies, but also by other external factors: the film industry, business, innovative teachers, manufacturers of educational content and etc. We have concluded that the implementation of augmented reality in educational practice is influenced by external factors, which depend on the speed of the technology's spread.
