Formation of readiness for professional mobility of future heads of institutions of general secondary education in the conditions of the master's degree. – Qualifying scientific work on manuscript rights. Abstract content The dissertation work is a theoretical and experimental study of the problem of forming readiness for professional mobility of future heads of general secondary education institutions in a magistracy. In the process of the research, the main provisions of the organization of the training of heads of general secondary education institutions were analyzed in accordance with modern trends in the reform of the educational sector, the need to update the content, forms and methods of forming readiness for professional mobility of future heads of general secondary education institutions was proved. The relevance of the study confirms the dynamism and intensity of multifaceted changes that have covered all areas of human life and are one of the most characteristic features of the development of modern society. The processes of globalization, integration, rapidly changing world trends lead to the need to be ready for movements in the social space, quickly and easily adapt to the conditions of the surrounding reality, flexibly and quickly react and interact with various subjects and systems. In the research process, it was realized that the rejection of stereotypes, the ability to innovate, experiment, constantly review one's own beliefs, the readiness to find solutions-answers to changes in the demands of society, the ability to choose the most effective technology for the predicted results in professional activity determines the readiness for professional mobility of future heads of institutions general secondary education. The content of the concept of "readiness for professional mobility of future heads of general secondary education institutions" is defined as a system of integrative abilities of the individual, which ensures readiness to change the professional condition, status, mastering new competencies and technologies in professional activity. The study characterizes the methodological principles of the formation of readiness for professional mobility of future heads of general secondary education institutions under the conditions of a master’s degree, which include: scientific approaches (acmeological, systemic, andragogical, synergistic, axiological, personal-active, competent) and principles (humanization, optimal ratio of individual, personal and professional development, subject orientation, contextuality, continuity, reflexivity). The process of formation of readiness for professional mobility of future heads of institutions of general secondary education in the conditions of the master's degree is presented in the model, which includes the block of goal setting, organizational content, and effective blocks. The goal- setting block contains: the goal, the task of the research; general scientific approaches to the formation of readiness for professional mobility of future managers of general secondary education institutions in the conditions of a master's degree (acmeological, systemic, andragogic, synergistic, axiological, personal-activity, competence) principles (humanization, optimal ratio of individual, personal and professional development; subject orientation, contextuality, continuity, reflexivity). The organizational and content block includes components (motivational- axiological, cognitive-active, personal-reflective), stages (sustainable development, creative search, structuring (ordering); functions (transformative-visual, project- creative, prognostic, gnostic, value-oriented , design, organizational, communicative, developing, innovative). In order to organize the process of formation of readiness for professional mobility of future heads of general secondary education institutions, appropriate forms, methods (tools) and technologies have been determined. The resulting block includes defined criteria (motivational, cognitive-active and reflexive) and levels (creative (high), functional (sufficient), intuitive (low)) of readiness for professional mobility of future managers of general secondary education institutions in the conditions of a master’s degree. The vectors of readiness and diagnostic methods regarding the level of formation of readiness for professional mobility of future heads of general secondary education institutions in the conditions of the master's degree. The author's prediction of the research result consisted in the positioning of the positive dynamics of the formation of readiness for professional mobility of future heads of general secondary education institutions under certain organizational and pedagogical conditions (the predictability of the educational process of higher education institutions on the formation of readiness for professional mobility of future heads of general secondary education institutions on the basis of the competency approach; professional development of future heads of general secondary education institutions according to an individual educational trajectory according to professional requests and potential opportunities; formation of a favorable modern educational environment based on the introduction of innovative technologies into the educational process of higher education institutions to form readiness for professional mobility of future heads of general secondary education institutions). The organization and conduct of an experiment on the formation of readiness for professional mobility of future managers of general secondary education institutions in the conditions of the master's degree is presented in the conceptual-searching, ascertaining, formative and analytical- reflective stages. At the conceptual and research stage, the state of development of the researched problem was analyzed, its perspective and significance for the domestic education system was determined, the experiment methodology was developed, and the primary systematization and generalization of the research materials was carried out. The description of the ascertaining stage of the experimental research is presented by the results of bottom-up diagnostics with the aim of establishing an objective level of formation of readiness for professional mobility of future heads of general secondary education institutions and their ideas about future professional activity. At the formative stage of the experiment, the approbation of the effectiveness of the model of formation of readiness for professional mobility of future managers of general secondary education institutions in the conditions of the master's degree was carried out on the basis of theoretical and methodological principles designed to ensure the optimal implementation of leading domestic achievements in the process of training the future managerial elite in the higher education system. The analytical-reflective stage positions the generalization of the results of the experiment and their introduction into pedagogical science and educational practice. Experimental verification of the implementation of the model of formation of readiness for professional mobility of future managers of general secondary education institutions in the conditions of the master's degree was carried out using a set of standardized methods, tests, questionnaires, combined into blocks of diagnostic tools taking into account certain components and criteria. On the basis of the analysis of the obtained results, a conclusion was made regarding the positive dynamics of indicators of readiness for professional mobility of future heads of general secondary education institutions in the conditions of a master's degree in EG. The scientific novelty of the obtained results is that for the first time: - the theoretical foundations and structure of the process of formation of readiness for professional mobility of future heads of general secondary education institutions are scientifically substantiated, which includes: an epistemological component (system of knowledge, information connections and flows that contribute to the formation of readiness for professional mobility of future heads of general secondary education institutions) ; praxeological component (organization of cognitive activities in order to ensure the effectiveness of the process of formation of readiness for professional mobility of future heads of general secondary education institutions); personal component (personal abilities and qualities that are the basis for the formation of readiness for professional mobility of future heads of general secondary education institutions); - the scientific-theoretical essence, typology, main components (motivational-axiological, cognitive-active, personal-reflective), criteria (motivational, cognitive-active, reflective) and levels (creative (high), functional (sufficient), intuitive - low) are characterized ) formation of readiness for professional mobility of future heads of general secondary education institutions in the conditions of the master's degree; - developed, theoretically substantiated and experimentally verified model of formation of readiness for professional mobility of future heads of general secondary education institutions in the conditions of master's degree, which positions: block of goal setting (includes the goal, task of research; general scientific approaches, principles of formation of readiness for professional mobility of future heads of general secondary education institutions ); organizational and content block (includes components, stages, functions, appropriate forms, methods (means) and technologies of formation of readiness for professional mobility of future heads of general secondary education institutions); performance block (includes criteria and levels of readiness for professional mobility of future heads of general secondary education institutions); - organizational and pedagogical conditions for the formation of readiness for professional mobility of future heads of general secondary education institutions are determined (the predictability of the educational process of higher education institutions regarding the formation of readiness for professional mobility of future heads of general secondary education institutions on the basis of a competency approach; professional development of future heads of general secondary education institutions according to individual educational trajectory according to professional requests and potential opportunities; formation of a favorable modern educational environment based on the introduction of innovative technologies into the educational process of higher education institutions to form readiness for professional mobility of future heads of general secondary education institutions); - the essence of the concepts "mobility", "professional mobility" in historical retrospect is clarified; the content of the concepts "professional mobility of heads of institutions of general secondary education" and "readiness for professional mobility of future heads of institutions of general secondary education" in the author's interpretation is positioned;- ways of improving the formation of readiness for professional mobility of future heads of general secondary education institutions in the conditions of the master's degree by means of developing relevant methodological recommendations have gained further development. The practical significance of the obtained research results lies in the development and implementation of a model of formation of readiness for professional mobility of future heads of general secondary education institutions in educational practices. The scientific and methodological support includes the author's special course "Fundamentals of professional mobility of future heads of educational institutions", a cycle of training exercises for the formation of soft skills that contribute to the formation of readiness for professional mobility of future heads of general secondary education institutions. Research materials can be used by scientists, researchers, and teachers for the preparation of masters in the specialty 073 "Management" under the educational and professional program "Educational Institution Management"; in the system of postgraduate pedagogical education with the aim of improving knowledge and practical skills regarding the development of professional mobility of heads of educational institutions; in the practical activity of heads of educational institutions.
