Abstract

In the article states that indicated that in the conditions of autonomy of university of the special value acquires a management the career of researchers on all stages of development. Attention is accented on key tasks to the university, granting him the status of research, strengthening of part of research works and developments, the creation of to this material and technical conditions and research laboratories; increase of amount of researchers on the early stage of career (PhD) in an university. Association of Universities in consortia with scientific establishments, business structures and international partners will assist providing of high level of internationalization and collaboration in European Research Area.
