Abstract

The monograph covers issues related to the analysis of the theoretical and scientific-methodical foundations of the formation of a cloud-oriented educational and scientific environment implemented in higher education institutions of Ukraine. Considered the conceptual foundations of designing and developing such an environment and the corresponding methods of its use in the training of scientific, scientific and pedagogical personnel. For scientists, teachers, graduate students and students of higher education institutions, everyone who is interested in the application of promising information and communication technologies in education and professional activity.
