Abstract

The sign of psychological assistance through modern means of communication in wartime is the fact that when a person provides support to someone, he or she helps himself/herself as well, and affirms one’s own vitality and courage in the face of danger, possible loss, or suffering. This applies to both a professional psychologist and an ordinary citizen who tries to support someone in need. What is meant here is the increased subject activity of the entire Ukrainian people, joint actions, such as volunteering, humanitarian aid, emotional support of people in social networks, etc.
