Abstract
The practical manual is devoted to the generalization of specific psychological manifestations that reflect a holistic systemic vision of the phenomenon of overcoming the medical and psychological consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic on the basis of a genetic approach. It is noted that the COVID-19 pandemic and related quarantine measures, a new culture of communication and fear of infection have led to an increase in fatigue, sleep deprivation, panic attacks, depression, despair, aggression, conflict, intolerance, suicidal behavior, addictions, sexual deviations, etc. Such violations reduce the overall productivity of the individual, negatively affect family and professional relationships, distort communication, reduce the quality of life in general. This problem threatens national security and needs to be addressed urgently. It is obvious that it is necessary to offer a "universal" constructive solution to this problem. However, ethno-cultural aspects of the research problem are not identified in any of the existing studies. The practical manual summarizes the analysis of conceptual, theoretical-methodological and methodological-practicle principles of overcoming the medical, psychological and cultural consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic based on the application of the genetic approach of Academician Maksymenko S.D. For the first time the generalization of empirical results of longitudinal neuro-psychological research of influence of COVID-19 on a life of citizens of Ukraine was presented. A multimodal diagnostic approach to post-COVID-19 syndrome has been conceptualized. The psychodiagnostic tools for identifying the relationships and patterns of mental and somatic processes in the occurrence and development of the consequences of the pandemic COVID-19 are summarized. The manual is addressed to psychologists, doctors, psychologists, teachers, social workers, scientists and students of higher education institutions in the fields of knowledge: health and social-behavioral sciences.
