Abstract

Modern society is characterized by a high degree of use of computer technology and mass digitalization of all spheres of human activity. Today, the use of ICT is determined not only by the level of material resources, but largely by the willingness and ability of the individual (society as a whole) to produce new knowledge. Obviously, this depends on education, which is designed to ensure the personal and professional development of each member of society in the context of informatization. In an era of widespread use of ICT, the education system must meet the objective needs of the information society. The quality of training of future specialists in general and socionomic professions, in particular, depends on a number of pedagogical conditions, one of the most important of which is the construction of information and educational environment (IEE).
