Abstract
The article deals with the evolution of open electronic scientific and educational systems to support scientific e-journals (Open Journal Systems, DPubS, HyperJournal, E-Journal, Ambra) and web(video)conferences (Open Conference Systems, EasyChair, OpenH323, Skype, WhatsApp, Viber, Facebook Messenger, Zoom, Telegram, Cisco Webex, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet), scientific e-libraries, archives and institutional repositories (Eprints, DSpace), online encyclopedias ("Electronic encyclopedia of educators of Ukraine", Encyclopedia "History of pedagogy"), abstract and scientometric databases (Scopus, Web of Science, Google Scholar, Open Ukrainian Citation Index (OUCI), DOAJ, ERIH, etc.), systems for automatic detection of plagiarism in scientific sources (Unicheck, eTXT Antiplagiarism, Turnitin, StrikePlagiarism.com, Antiplagiarism, Grammarly), systems for identification of researchers and objects (DOI, Publons (Researcher ID), ORCID, Scopus Author ID, ArXiv Author ID, ISNI) as open science services for the search, preparation, publication and dissemination of scientific data and research results in educational space. It is established that the development of open science systems has gone through several historical stages, namely the digitization and use of PCs to create printed scientific publications (1960s-1970s), the creation of the first original electronic publications (1980s-early 1990s), the transfer of scientific content to the Internet (1991-2000), the movement for open access and the creation of open software platforms (early 2000s-2010s), the introduction of cloud technologies (2010s). The basic definitions of terms and concepts concerning open electronic scientific and educational systems, and also stages of formation of the movement of open access are given. The article was prepared as part of the research project "Cloud-oriented systems of open science in teaching and professional development of teachers" (registration number 2020.02/0310).
