Abstract
The main results of a complex of researches conducted in 2018-2020 at the Institute of Information Technologies and Learning Tools of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine on the problems of developing the educational process participants’ competencies based on cloud-oriented information and educational systems are presented in the report, i.e.: 1) “Adaptive Cloud-Oriented System of Training and Professional Development of Teachers of General Secondary Education Institutions” (basic research, project manager — DSc in Pedagogy, Senior Researcher M.P Shyshkyna); 2) “System of Computer Modeling of Cognitive Tasks for the Development of Students’ Competencies in Natural and Mathematical Subjects” (basic research, project manager — DSc in Pedagogy, Senior Researcher S.G. Lytvynova); 3) “Methods of Using Open Electronic Scientific and Educational Systems for the Development of Research and Academic Staff Information and Research Competence” (applied research, project managers — PhD in Pedagogy, Senior Researcher A.V. Yatsyshyn, PhD in Pedagogy S.M. Ivanova). Particular attention in the report is paid to the implementation of research results in the practice of general secondary, higher, and inservice teacher education Institutions. The developed and proven methodologies, teaching materials are presented. The system-creating factors of a complex of researches are overall aim; common basic methodological fundamentals (system-, competence- and project-oriented approaches); the complex character of their simultaneous carrying out and implementation; interdependence of the basic final results (developed digital competencies of educational process participants); cloud computer and technological platform for research and implementation of educational applications.
