Abstract

A great tool for self-discipline is the occupation of junior high school sports, namely taekwondo. In our opinion, taekwondo classes will not only improve the child's discipline, but also promote the development of the student's physical health. In the training of junior schoolchildren (taekwondo fighters), it is important to constantly use game methods and forms of work with students and the use of ICT during their taekwondo training.
