Abstract

The article analyzes the psychological dimensions of the phenomena of intimidation and bullying (bullying) in the context of the General problem of ensuring effective interaction of participants of the educational space. The corresponding subject field is outlined and methodological features of psychological research are revealed. The essence of the designated psychological phenomena as manifestations of destructive interaction is considered, psychological characteristics at which interaction loses the constructive direction and acquires signs of destructiveness are described. The methodological guidelines of the research search, which will expand the understanding of the phenomenon of intimidation, bullying and psychologically justify the methods of overcoming the manifestations of destructive strategies of interaction of participants of the educational space in all its segments and different levels of social contacts, are determined. Manifestations of the negative influence of destructive interaction on the effectiveness of solving educational problems and personal development of participants of the educational space are described.
