Abstract

The article describes the consideration of the problem of the psychological safety of interaction in the system of "teacher-student" under the conditions of the New ukrainian school. The basic requirements for construction of interaction in the "teacher-student" system, which are specified in the concept of NUS, are analyzed. The problem of psychological safety of subjects of educational interaction is considered through the following constructs: "psychological literacy", "psychological culture", "psychological health" and "well-being". It is noted that interaction in the system of "teacher-student" at the junior school age significantly affects the attitude of the child to himself and to others (parents, peers). The teacher's responsibility for the quality of interpersonal interaction with students is emphasized. Structural and destructively directed interaction between the student and the teacher is considered. The ways of optimization of interpersonal interaction in the educational process are presented. It is noted that the teacher's consideration of the uniqueness of the child, the reliance on the achievement of his previous development, the awareness of the continuity between the educational branches, the child health, and its well-being are the conditions for the psychological safety of interaction in the system of "teacher-student".
