Abstract

The article considerі the issue of supporting the rights of authors to objects of new knowledge, which acquire special features at the stage of transition from the society of production of material objects to the society of knowledge production. Emphasis is placed on the fact that the transition of humanity to life and activity in the information society has significant differences that lie in the unclear localization of the result of activity in time and space. Protecting people and their rights in the digital space requires the development of specific legal support.
