Abstract

The methodological recommendations reveal the content, functions, directions and forms of socio-cultural activity of educational libraries as an important factor of qualitative socio-cultural shifts in Ukraine in the context of the development of the world cultural and educational environment. The use of recommendations in library work will facilitate the development of socio-cultural activities of educational libraries and their inclusion in cultural communication in the national information space.
