Abstract

In the pedagogy of the twentieth century one of the most effective pedagogical systems at the world level was recognized A. Makarenko system. The teacher disclosed and scientifically substantiated the objective laws and principles of forming a personality as a social phenomenon and embodied them in the practice of pedagogical activity. It is argued that A. Makarenko in his pedagogical practice outlined and even formulated the "basic conditions of interpersonal relations" 25-30 years earlier than they were discovered and formulated by K. Rogersin the field of non-clinical psychotherapy (Rogerian triad).
