Abstract
Based on the peculiarities of the development of the modern information society, the article actualizes the problem of scientific and methodological support of the formation of future technicians-programmers to professional self-improvement throughout life. The conditions of formation of readiness for creative professional activity of IT-specialists at the present stage are considered and the relevance of the profession of technician-programmer at the stage of modernization of society and development of market relations is emphasized. First of all it is a contradiction between: global and local; universal and individual; spiritual and material; traditions and modernities; upcoming and prospective lessons; competition and equality of opportunity, unlimited opportunities for a person to master them. Under these conditions, lifelong learning becomes one of the keys to solving the problems of the 21st century. In particular, the theoretical substantiation of pedagogical modeling as a method of scientific cognition has been carried out to reproduce the characteristics of the model of such phenomenon as the readiness of future technicians-programmers for professional self-improvement. Using the conceptual techniques in the research, a cascade model of forming the readiness of future technicians-programmers for professional self-improvement, which has a universal part - axiomatics, was constructed. Pedagogical modeling in this scientific work is a method of scientific cognition, which made it possible to reproduce the characteristics of the model of the willingness of future technicians-programmers to prepare for professional self-improvement as a multidimensional and multifactorial process. A promising direction for further research is its introduction into pedagogical practice of professional training of future junior specialists in the specified specialty, with obligatory analysis of the obtained multifaceted results
