Abstract
The article presents implementation experience of the principle of humanization in the adult education system using the example of “La Verneda” – a public school in Barcelona (Spain). The relevance of humanization in the national educational field is presented in the humanistic tendencies of the new Law of Ukraine “On Education” from 2017. The approaches to the organization of the educational process and role of humanistic teacher in this process grounded on the basis of the views of prominent Brazilian teacher and psychologist Paulo Freire.
