Abstract
The article substantiates the relevance of elements of distance learning appliance in vocational (vocational and technical) education and theoretical training of skilled workers. The possibility of using distance learning forms in vocational (vocational and technical) schools according to a certain category of professions is considered. The possibility of distance learning forms usage in vocational (vocational and technical) schools according to a certain category of occupations is considered. The structure and content of the methodology of use of the elements of distance learning for skilled workers theoretical training is determined, which implement the gradual actions of the vocational training teacher, such as: analysis of training programs; definition of the distance course structure; development of information component and content of distance courses; organization of training activities with elements of distance learning. The results of experimental work are covered. The presented results of the forming stage of the experiment showed readiness of professional training teachers to use the elements of distance learning in their own educational activities. The conducted interview at the qualifying and generalizing stages of the study gave the possibility to analyze the experience of vocational (technical) education teachers in use of distance learning to train skilled workers and to determine the levels of use of the elements of distance learning for the theoretical training of future skilled workers (use of multimedia units, video conference communication, presentations, tests and use of the control and evaluation of learning and cognitive activities). The obtained data showed a positive dynamics of changes, which proves the importance of methodological support of professional training teachers to ensure sufficient level of readiness for the sufficient use of distance learning elements for the theoretical training of skilled workers, full and effective use of all possibilities of technologies of distance learning.
