Abstract
Analyzed the display of relevant scientific publications monographs, abstracts, articles and manuals on the topic «Psychological and pedagogical environment of the development of the intellectual potential of talented youth» for the period 2013 2018. The results of research activities of scientists are presented, which are aimed at solving problems of providing practical assistance and creating a psychological and pedagogical environment for the development of the younger generation at all stages of the educational process in educational institutions, included in the abstract review. It is noted that the problem of giftedness, creativity, intelligence comes to the fore in state policy in the field of education, raising to the proper level the search, training and education of gifted children and youth, stimulating their creative work. It is argued that solving a wide range of methodological and applied problems associated with reproducing and increasing the potential of giftedness of children and young people requires the creation of an educational environment of a complex of conditions for learning, development, individualization and socialization of gifted personality. It has been found that the increase in the effectiveness of the organization of psychological and pedagogical activities with gifted children and young people is facilitated by the study and creative use of domestic and international work experience.
