Abstract

Globalization and integration processes, rapid changes in labor markets, information technology revolution require the development of pedagogical knowledge which considers general system of human studies, development of progressive ideas of pedagogical anthropology, substantiation o f new concepts of vocational education, innovative methods of vocational development and moral education of the individual, as well as creating modem didactic systems of education, in-service training and retraining of different population categories. Modem education system, which is modernized at the beginning of XXI century, must comply with the holistic pedagogical science, covering all sections of the state and public education and self-education, and undoubtedly aimed at the development of continuing education throughout life.
