Abstract
The manual is devoted to some aspects of the psychology of pedagogical communication. The theoretical and methodological approaches to communication psychology, traditional and contemporary foreign studies of pedagogical communication, methods of diagnosing communicative strategies of teachers and teachers, ways of forming communicative competence, in particular in the context of the nowadays mainframe approach, are highlighted. Particular attention is paid to modern concepts of pedagogical communication and practical methods of prevention of professional deformation of teachers in conditions of emotionally and informatively rich communication. The psychodiagnostic and psychotherapeutic methods are presented, having mastered them, the teacher will be able to apply simple means of psychological self-help in his professional activities. The manual is addressed to a wide range of pedagogical workers, as well as practical psychologists, social workers and anyone who is interested in psychology of communication in the pedagogical field.
