Abstract

The article deals with the results of the analysis world tendencies of education informatization. The basic needs of education are distinguished in accordance with the rapid development of information and communication technologies, dissemination of new methodical teaching systems, requirements of the labor market to young people, and so on. The role and importance of e-pedagogy, which develops specific tasks for the creation and effective implementation of information and communication technologies in educational practice, in particular the problem of pedagogy of open education, is considered.
