Abstract

The article describes the concepts of «health-saving competence» and «health-saving competencies». The basic directions of work on formation of health-saving competence of elementary school pupils in the lessons of «fundamentals of health» are defined. Practical recommendations are given for teachers and psychologists to improve the educational process.
