Abstract

One of the main priorities of national pedagogy is to improve research and use its results for the development of the educational sector of Ukraine. Relevant is the use of electronic systems of open access to information and analytical support educational research. Consider one of these systems - a volunteer project Socioindex (http://socio.in.ua), which is designed to rank scientific journals of Ukraine for representation in social networks: Google+, Twitter, Facebook and Vkontakte.
