Abstract
Conceptual bases of VET schools teachers training for skilled workers’ distance training implementing are envisaged. They are the leading ideas of open vocational training, design of person-development technologies, Internet services and email active use, social media, special software etc. It is thought they can launch information-educational environment as a part of the global educational space. The key to their successful implementation is the VET schools teachers’ willingness to implement distance training in the professional training for skilled workers that has its own peculiarities. It combines forming professional and theoretical knowledge on chosen profession with vocational and practical skills. It adds complexity to educational process structure. Distance vocational training technologies also have the dual structure/ they consist of pedagogical and information technologies. Thus, information-analytical competence and ability to design models, methodic and person-development technologies have to be the component of teachers’ professional pedagogical competence. It is a necessary condition for educational distance training implementation in a VET school.
