Abstract

Collection is devoted to the problems of creating an information educational environment on the Internet technology basis in Ukraine. The materials of articles revealed theoretical and methodological, scientific and methodical, engineering-technical and psycho-pedagogical features of designing, developing, creation and organization promoted by education-oriented Web portals, using computer-oriented learning tools in didactic process as an example the authors developed an educational portal "Children of Ukraine".
