Abstract
The world of information and computer technology' being introduced every day in nil the new aspects of society. Wanting to keep up with the general trends of world development educators are trying to attract ICT in the educational process, but understand this engagement as a simple use of computer technology to enhance the clarity of teaching. There are even opinions that ICT alone with didactic properties, and thus the effects of their use is self-evident and do not require additional scientific justification Tims teachers forget that the modem world of information, based on computer technology is a completely new phenomenon, a new space, whose knowledge and manipulation which causes changes in the cognitive development of children. Therefore, effective involvement of ICT in the educational process can only be based on a full understanding and consideration of those phenomena that are generated by computer and stimulated environment.
