Abstract

The building of the information society is a strategic goal of leading countries – USA, Japan, Canada and member countries of the European Union. Realizing the urgency and importance of the development of the information technology sphere as the basis of competitiveness, more and more countries choose the same strategy, in particular, and Ukraine. The current regulatory legal acts in the sphere of information society development in Ukraine formed the basis of regulating relations on creation of electronic information resources, intellectual property rights protection on digital information resources, safeguards and mechanisms for access to public and socially necessary information, the introduction of electronic control systems, electronic document management, information protection.
