Abstract

Problems of the evaluation of information and communication competence (ICT-competence) in general secondary education in Europe, including the European Union in comparative pedagogical context is an important area of research for the Ukrainian education system. The focus today is aimed at clarifying the forms, methods and procedures for evaluating levels of information and communication competence of students, teachers and school heads of secondary schools.
