Abstract
In the article is done review and comparative characteristic of the six software products for multimedia educational content creation, in particular video lectures. Under a video lecture (unlike the videotape recording or translation of ordinary lecture) authors imply the specially created multimedia electronic educational resource – presentation, where a student look over in the asynchronous mode, which usually combine two screens. On one of them you can see the text, graphics or video illustration of what the speaker says, but on the other – a video with a webcam of the lecturer. Video lecture, as a form of presentation of teaching material, the most similar to the traditional lectures and has already found wide use in distance courses, in particular – a massive open online courses – MOOC. In the article, software products for creation such video lectures: iSpring Pro, Screencast-O-matic, Movenote, VCASMO, Rich Media, Open Broadcaster Software compared with criteria: price, functionality and easy use. For a choice the best is used the analytic hierarchy process.
