Abstract

Regulations on Distance Learning in Teacher Training institutions designed to serve as a typical and to normalize the actions of participants of the educational process with the use of distance learning technologies in the institutions of postgraduate education and defines the main regulatory, organizational, scientific and methodological, logistical, program and information and personnel bases of remote educational process as the above-mentioned institutions, and in the structural units of other institutions of higher education engaged in graduate education leadership, research and teaching and teaching staff education. For managers, research and teaching and teaching staff of educational institutions of higher education of postgraduate education, students and graduate students.
