Abstract

Providing open access to the results of scientific and educational research implemented mainly following approaches: Libraries magazine and electronic systems. The use of ICT in scientific activities and hitherto causing difficulties or even unwillingness to teaching staff. Therefore, we should not only motivate the interest of teaching staff, but also to teach the use of electronic services in the pursuit of open access, dissemination and publication of scientific and educational research.
