Abstract

In recent years the Internet has become a global repository of scientific knowledge available to all. The fruits of scientific papers must be the property of the community, and free access to developing not only society, but science itself. Conducted detailed research proved that the publication of scientific papers in open access increases the citation level. Relevance of research is evident in their use of pedagogical community.
