Abstract

Analyzes the scientific and methodological principles of designing learning environment disciplines of natural and mathematical cycle using information and communication technologies in secondary schools. Variable model of computer based learning environment is presented on the basis of competence approach in today's learning process, taking into account the main stages of educational design.
