Abstract

The paper presents a network of institutions – public and non-governmental organizations working in support for gifted children in Poland. The author reviews its goals and objectives of their activities. Pay special attention to programs and projects implemented by these organizations in supporting for the development of talent. The author also describes the measures that the Polish government holds at state and local levels to encourage local authorities, universities, schools, NGOs and parents work together to create conditions for the development of gifted children. Summarizing, the author concludes that many positive elements of the Polish experience can be applied in the Ukrainian environment.
