Abstract

The problem of continuous self-improvement of the heads of professional (vocational and technical) educational institutions is actualized as an important condition for their development in the system of postgraduate pedagogical education. The directions and content of the process of improving the qualifications of such managers are revealed in the context of ensuring the continuity of their professional growth, self-development and self-improvement.
