Abstract

The theses highlight the concept of "linguistic stability", analyze the content of this concept presented in the works of Ukrainian linguists. The author of theses presented ways of developing language stability in literature classes, defined the role of translation in the formation of language stability. The theses conclude that language stability is an integral feature of linguistic personality, individual and collective. Individual and collective language stability is the basis for preserving the stability of the national language. The key to preserving the stability of the Ukrainian language is consistent, systematic, purposeful work on enriching and developing students' speech, creating conditions for creative use of the language in the learning process all school subjects, including literature.
