Abstract

The publication analyzes the theoretical foundations of the organization of inclusive education in professional education institutions. The concept of "inclusive competence" is analyzed in detail, it is emphasized that the teacher is the key factor in ensuring the implementation of the main tasks of implementing inclusion as equal access to education for every student of education.
