Abstract

Learning mathematics in the primary school focuses on the formation of the subject mathematical competence, essential described in the section "State requirements for General education." In addition, it should make some contribution to the formation of a separate key (more General, beyond one subject) competences, in particular Sahalinenergo (ability to learn), communication (the ability to formulate and Express judgments), cultural and others. Formation of these competences is subject to the overall objectives of school mathematics education, which is carried out at all levels of the school.
