Abstract

Тhesis highlights the general approaches of information and communication teacher competence of general secondary education in the Netherlands. There is analysis of the experience of national institutions such as the Advisory Board heads of educational departments ADEF (Algemeen Directeurenoverleg Educatieve Faculteiten), foundation Kennisnet. There are determined problematic aspects, features, general trends and the development of infrared competence teacher of general secondary education in the Netherlands.
