Abstract

The reasons of specialists with high education and qualified workers disproportion at the labour market are analysed. The main reason is outlined. It is activity orientation of pedagogical personnel of VET schools on satisfaction of trainees’ and their parents’ educational need but not on the final consumer. It causes qualified workers training out of production and service reality. Need of marketing management of regional vocational education and training information supply is actualized. Certain components of marketing information systems for vocational education and training in the region are outlined and grounded.
