Abstract

The article summarized the subject of virtual communities from January to October 2012 in a network of "Partners in Learning" The contribution of subject teachers in network development, information and communication technologies (ICT). Given the characteristics of the new platform, Windows Azure; peculiarities of subject teachers in the new network, analyzes the process of bringing subject teachers to work in communities creation of information and learning, teaching and developmental materials, providing conditions for their use.
